These Terms & Conditions govern your use of UMSOFTX's website and services, including web development, e-commerce store management, product listing optimization, and digital marketing. By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
UMSOFTX provides business websites, e-commerce store setup and management, marketplace product listings (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop), inventory management, social media management, local SEO, UI/UX design, and ongoing maintenance and support. Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon individually during the consultation and proposal stage.
Project pricing is quoted based on scope and complexity. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones. Recurring services (maintenance, social media management) are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at proposal stage. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access credentials needed to complete the project on schedule.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (design files, store setup, written content) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets, stock photography, or platform-specific code owned by external providers.
UMSOFTX is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform policy changes (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop suspensions), or performance outcomes that depend on factors outside our direct control, such as market conditions or platform algorithm updates.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
